Himalyan Riders (P) Ltd has been a pioneer in arranging Motorcycle (Royal Enfield & KTM) trips to "the Roof of the World" - Tibet.

With a view of giving our clients a program so exclusive and challenging, these programs on motorcycles was specially tailored since 2002. Riding on the highest plateau of the world, passing 10 high passes of above 5000 meters, covering a distance of more than 2000 kilometers in 14 days are just a few highlights in the Tibet ride. Rides in the hills of India involve riding on meandering roads passing beautiful tea gardens and villages and getting fantastic views of the Himalayas.

For sure these trips are not for the faint hearted as it involves long hours of rides in the dusty road and rough terrain added with high altitude. Fitness to a certain level and an experience to handle a two-wheeler is a must.

In the coming years we have planned the classic Volkswagen Beetle car ride to Tibet (2007a ride to Ladhak (2007)& Mongolia (2008). In this section of Adventure Extraordinaire we promise nothing less than an adventure of a life time!
